Application Notice

A Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will be published on Grants.gov* once it is approved. Please enter "VLGP" in the Keywords box on the Search Grants tab* to view the FY2026 Grant Opportunity Forecast*. Past opportunities can be viewed by selecting the "Archived" status box.

Electronic Grant Applications

The requirements and instructions for submitting applications electronically will be on Grants.gov. Applications will only be accepted for a 30-day period and must be submitted on Grants.gov. The actual due date will be on the NOFO.
